Engineering Consultations Work?
Discovery
Either we do an on-site survey with application measurements or work with you using shared CAD files.
Design
Upon completion of a design for a customized solution, we do an FEA analysis and other computer-assisted stress testing to ensure its durability and longevity. At this time a 3D printed mock-up will be created to test fitment and operation.
Testing
Once the design is refined, the final product will be tested thoroughly under load to assure safe and efficient operation on the job.
